Job Responsibilities

• Perform focused reassessments and escalated concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
• Provide patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response.
• Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
