• Ratios: Days 1:5 | Nights 1:6
• Required: BLS, NIHSS
• Experience: MS/PCU/Tele or CCU required
• Common diagnoses: COPD, CHF, Pneumonia, Ortho, GI surgeries, Pancreatitis
• 12-hour shifts: 6a–6:30p / 6p–6:30a
• Weekend & holiday rotation
• No drip titration (Heparin per protocol)
• Float within MS scope
• Navy blue scrubs
