Work Days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday evenings
Job RequirementsMust have ARRT certification
Must have BLS certification (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military)
Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date
Fit Test (N95) within 365 days of start date and updated annually
Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation required if fit test is required
Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required
TB Test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break
Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break
