Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an associate degree in nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
  
• Certifications Requirements: BLS certification; ACLS and Wound Care certifications preferred; LTAC/LTC experience required
  
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of LTC or LTAC experience; prior experience working in a swing-bed setting is preferred; experience with rotating shifts and block scheduling
