    Job Details
  • Float Pool M/S Tele RN position requiring willingness to float to 8 different units.
  • Responsible for cardiac monitoring, cardiac drips, and reading telemetry strips.
  • 2 years of acute care hospital experience preferred.
  • Must have telemetry monitoring skills including measuring intervals and interpreting strips every 4 hours.
  • Experience with TR Band and ability to perform cardiac drips and read telemetry strips.
  • Patient population includes ED border patients, acute mental health unit medication nursing, and non-vented ICU transfer-ready patients.
  • Clinician to patient ratio: Days & Eves up to 5:1, Nights up to 6:1.
  • Bed count: 371 with units ranging from 8 to 41 beds.
  • Rotation includes Days/Eves with 1 to 3 rotations to Nights per contract.
  • Charting system used is EPIC.
