Travel Customer Process

Role: Handle customer queries related to flight bookings, ticket modifications, cancellations, refunds, baggage, and other travel-related services. Provide prompt and professional support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Salary: ₹30,000 take-home per month.

Eligibility: Graduates only, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Travel or Aviation industry.

Location: Kudlu Gate, near HSR Layout, Bengaluru. This is a full-time work-from-office role.

Language Requirement: Excellent English communication skills. Ability to interact confidently with customers and resolve travel-related queries efficiently.
