  • Prepare patients for exams, ensuring proper positioning and use of protective shielding.
  • Explain exams to patients considering their physical and emotional needs.
  • Maintain ethical standards including patient confidentiality and professional conduct.
  • Calibrate and verify operation of equipment daily; report malfunctions.
  • Perform venipuncture for contrast administration under radiologist direction.
  • Attend staff meetings, in-services, and maintain CEUs per Massachusetts State Licensure and ARRT requirements.
