Job Details
Performs 2-dimensional, color Doppler and Doppler of the heart echocardiograms.
Performs stress and dobutamine echocardiograms requiring high knowledge to interpret and analyze test performance and results.
Proficient and knowledgeable in non-imaging continuous Doppler for diagnosing and imaging abnormal pathologies.
Mastered all phases of echocardiography to diagnose wall motion abnormalities, left ventricular regional wall abnormalities, pericardial and pleural effusion, connections of stenotic and regurgitant lesions, and congenital abnormalities.
Ability to review and interpret test results and notify referring physician or house officer of preliminary report.
Reviews patient's chart to obtain pertinent clinical history for accurate test performance and cardiac examination.
