Summary This position is the technical lead over the Transportation Specialists who work on applications for special permits (new special permits, modification to existing special permits, party-status to existing special licenses, renewals of existing special permits, and emergency special permits) and approvals (IMDG/ICAO competent authority approvals, HMR General Approvals, and Third-Party Package Certification Agencies). Responsibilities As a Transportation Specialist (Team Lead), you will: Plan, Coordinate, Manage, and Monitor all actions and functions of the special permits program for the safe and secure transportation of hazardous materials throughout the United States.
