            Key Roles & Responsibilities  1. Fleet & Transport Operations Management  Manage the daily transport operations for construction projects. 
Allocate routes and schedules for drivers based on project requirements. 
Coordinate transportation of workers, materials, tools, and equipment to sites. 
Monitor vehicle movement and ensure efficient utilization of fleet resources. 
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery to project locations. 
 2. Driver Supervision & Coordination  Supervise and manage all company drivers and transport staff. 
Prepare driver duty rosters and route assignments. 
Monitor driver attendance, punctuality, and performance. 
Conduct driver briefings regarding safety and operational procedures. 
Handle driver-related issues, disciplinary matters, and incident reporting.
