            Responsibilities Plan and execute heavy lift and out-of-gauge (OOG) transportation for onshore and offshore operations 
Conduct professional route, port, and site surveys 
Perform feasibility studies for various transport modes, including barge and HLV shipments 
Develop stowage and lashing plans, installation drawings, and lifting/rigging plans using AutoCAD 
Produce technical proposals, method statements, and lashing calculations 
Provide subject matter expertise for transport engineering tasks and review calculations from others 
Support RFQs by providing technical solutions that consider commercial aspects 
Supervise cargo handling and transport activities within the ME region 
Maintain project documentation and databases 
Requirements At least 3 years of experience as a transport engineer or in a similar heavy transport role
