Responsible for route analysis to optimize delivery successful rate and efficiency in collection/return from.to yard, collection/delivery to customers & sending in/out of Port
Coordinate and mobilize the relevant vendor and internal staff to resolve hiccups & urgent requests in the services (e.g. unexpected events of traffic jam, tire puncture etc.)
Plan and schedule daily jobs based on delivery priorities through our system
Track driver movement through GPS to ensure the most efficient deployment of drivers
Process pre-gate (Port) and book yard timing via CMS ( Container Management System)
Assist HR in verifying of driver’s job and trip claimed
