Job Description
The accountabilities and responsibilities of the role will vary according to the specific assignment(s) at any one time:-
Transitions (End-to-End)
Own complex multi-process transitions from global locations (UK/APAC/Others).Create and govern transition frameworks, wave plans, tollgates, risk registers.Lead discovery, KT, shadow, reverse-shadow, and go-live phases.Track benefits, FTE realization, and productivity ramp-up.Be escalation point for all critical transitions.
Service Management
Establish service governance (SLAs, KPIs, cadence, escalation models).Build run-state operating model across teams.Design co...
