Job Description
To support project leads in the development of the financial plan a business case stage so there is a clear baseline profile.
To monitor the delivery of the financial benefits against the baseline financial plan for each project.
Working closely with the Finance Business Partner and programme teams, prepare interim and final reports to each Programme Board and provide an aggregate report to the Transformation Board monthly, reporting variances between actual and forecasted benefits, risks, issues and mitigations.
