Grant Thornton's Transfer Pricing team assists multinational businesses across a range of industries with all matters relating to transfer pricing. The team supports clients throughout the complete lifecycle, from design to implementation, compliance, documentation, and audit defence.

Role Overview

As an Associate Director you will:

• Support Partners and Directors by managing and developing a high‑calibre team of tax specialists, coaching and developing the team to deliver objectives.
• Implement business plans and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and manage an internal and external network to generate fee‑winning opportunities, working with Partners and Directors on pitches.
• Act as lead on assignments where appropriate, or support the Director/Partner while ensuring the team is managed and developed.
