            Minimum requirements: 
  Matric Qualification 
Paralegal Qualification would be an advantage 
At least 5 years working experience in similar role 
Sound knowledge of Lexis Convey & AJS 
Ability to attend to standard queries raised by both Seller and Purchasers 
Deal competently with Agents queries 
Sound accounting background 
Good letter writing capability & drafting skills 
Ability to work independently 
Effectively diarize and administer the various procedures 
Ability to work under pressure 
Strong inter-personal skills 
Ability to cope with volume 
Ability to prioritize / manage deadlines 
Accuracy and attention to detail 
Methodical and well organized 
Key Performance Areas
Processing of instructions 
Compiling accurate records of source of instructions
