This role is an opportunity to join a team of AML analysts in a busy deadline driven operational environment. The AML team forms part of the transfer agency department providing investor servicing to a broad range of clients.
Responsibilities:
Investor Onboarding and Ongoing due diligenceFollow up with investors regarding outstanding AML documentation and update of records in this regardEffective maintenance and archiving of all AML documentation in line with regulationRemediation of investor bases converted form other administrators as appropriateImplementation of new Clients and streamline processOngoing screening of investors against sanctions lists and appropriate internal and Client reporting based on resultsPreparation for and participation in Client operational calls regarding AML for the Client’s investor base; Due Diligence visits by Clients and Investors; Auditor visitsParticipation in ...
