Description We are looking for a Training Specialist I to support the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of learning programs for operational teams in Providence, Rhode Island. This Long-term Contract position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings as needed to collaborate with stakeholders and support program delivery. The person in this role will help strengthen training effectiveness by tracking participation, evaluating outcomes, and partnering with leaders to address development needs across the organization.
