Position Overview: We are seeking a Training Specialist I to help ensure our customers have a superior experience every time they interact with Diligent’s suite of products and services. This role focuses on delivering high-quality initial training following purchase, as well as ongoing coaching for users at all levels throughout their relationship with Diligent.
