Qualifications Bachelor in Training and Development degree (BTD) or Diploma in Occupational OD ETDP Practitioner level 5 5 years of experience as a Skills Development Facilitator Qualified SDF, OD ETDP Practitioner, preferably a training specialist Sound knowledge of the Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETA) Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills Adequate administrative and VIP knowledge Substantial knowledge of WSP/ATR #J-18808-Ljbffr
