Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps
- Develop and deliver onboarding and training materials
- Facilitate internal and external training programs
- Monitor employee progress and evaluate training effectiveness
- Support staff with ongoing development and provide guidance as needed
- Collaborate with managers to ensure training aligns with operational goals
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
Qualifications:
