Role Summary
The Training Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of Core Skills programmes, trainers, and curriculum quality to ensure excellent learner outcomes, operational excellence, and compliance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) requirements. The role drives trainer capability development, curriculum governance, programme quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement while supporting business growth and innovation in emerging workforce skills.
