Strong experience designing and leading training programs in GMP/GxP environments, preferably for Veeva Vault QMS or similar QMS platforms.
Solid understanding of QMS processes (Deviations, CAPA, Audits, Inspections) and how changes to these processes and the system impact end users and training needs.
Proven ability to develop end-to-end training strategies and plans aligned with program milestones, change impacts, and go live/adoption objectives.
Experience conducting training needs and audience analyses (by role, function, and site), and translating these into targeted curricula and learning paths.
Proficiency in designing and creating training content (e.g., e learning, instructor led materials, simulations, job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs) using enterprise tools and templates.
