Key Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver engaging e-learning, instructor-led workshops, and behavioral/soft skills programs.
• Conduct TNI & TNA to align training programs with business objectives and operational needs.
• Develop diverse learning experiences using classroom, self-paced modules, simulations, and role-playing.
• Manage training effectiveness through progress checks, certifications, and data-driven improvements.
• Work with SMEs and managers to advance employee engagement and support organizational change management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in training, with a strong preference for US Banking or Financial Industry backgrounds.
• Solid knowledge of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and training technology.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across business lines.
