Position: Training Delivery Instructor (MMR/Bowman, Navy CIS)

Hours: Full‑time, 37.5 hours a week – 45 weeks term time only.

Location: HMS Collingwood.

Eligibility: Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

This role is ideal for ex‑service CIS personnel or experienced defence trainers who enjoy developing others and want to remain close to the operational communications environment without returning to sea or field deployments.

What you will be doing

• Deliver classroom and practical training on MMR (PRC‑163/167) radio systems.
• Deliver BOWMAN operator and systems training.
• Prepare and maintain lesson plans, training aids, and practical scenarios.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
