Track training for EHS, Quality, Operations, and HR to ensure compliance with internal procedures, OPA, ISO requirements (14001 & 9001), and the company's Values and Philosophy.
Develop digital/online tracking of training requirements (LMS & company University).
Support in the development of training and knowledge materials via books, videos, or any other mechanism for delivering information.
Support new hire training, PIV hands-on training, and crane/hoist hands-on training, including maintaining all training documents, training new hires, and any re-training that may be required. Ensure our program adheres to the company's MESH program.
