Description

  • Lead training centre operations, including projects, maintenance, training, engineering and functional support staff
  • Act as the first point of contact for the customer, attending onsite meetings when required
  • Address any gaps highlighted by the end user’s experience and concerns highlighted
  • Manage the training centre budget, schedule, quality, scope of services and risk
  • Ensure delivery of the highest quality through providing support and maintaining a proactive approach to customer management

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong front-line or operational leadership experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects or programs of work
  • Ability to obtain/maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance – must be an Australian Citizen!
  • Ability to work 5 days on site at either RAAF Base Williamtown or RAAF Base Edinburgh
  • Project Management qualification or equivalent proven...
