Reporting to the Key Account Manager (KAM), the Training Centre Manager (TCM) proactively leads and manages the service delivery for their assigned platform(s) to meet the customer’s changing needs and ensuring adequate prioritisation, including leading the Integrated Platform Team (IPT) and working with the project execution team for integration and transition of acquisition projects and discrete projects.
Description
+ Customer liaison including onsite attendance at meetings and acting as the first point of contact for the customer’s Logistics Authority;
+ Leading an Integrated platform team incorporating projects, maintenance, training, engineering and functional support staff (as required) and being the first point of escalation for issues within this team, on-site risk management, etc.;
