Training and Standards Executive

Our client is currently seeking a Training and Standards Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. The Training and Standards Executive will be support the development, delivery, and administration of training programmes and standards within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and assist in the creation of training content from internal and external resources.
* Maintain and organise training materials to ensure they are current, accessible, and version-controlled.
* Support the administration and preparation for training events, both in-person and virtual.
* Participate in the delivery of training sessions, including e-learning packages.
* Track and report on training completion, ensuring compliance and flagging non-compliance.
