Essential requirements

• Active Security Clearance and British nationality – we cannot hire without these
• Proven experience managing Training Needs Analysis within the defence sector
• Thorough understanding of Ministry of Defence Defence Systems Approach to Training methodology
• Strong background in requirements and acceptance management for simulation environments
• Background in project or programme management alongside a science technology engineering or mathematics degree
• Due to the nature of work at our client's site, these vacancies are only open to British Citizens who hold SC clearance or can obtain it
