JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and implement training programs and initiatives for trainees
• Attend training workshops to further expand skills and knowledge
• Discuss the products and services to the trainees
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of training goals with company objectives

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably with background in aesthetic or beauty industry
• At least 1-2 years experience as a Training Officer or Branch Manager
• With strong teaching and mentoring skills
• Willing to conduct branch trainings when needed
