Develop and deliver training modules under specified timelines
Manage training class and interdepartmental communication and coordination
Understand the process training for one or more verticals
Manage databases batch list, scores of agents, etc.
Assess performance of trainees and check tests
Interact with clients
Keep oneself and ensures ones team is updated, aware of, and compliant to all Company policies and procedures which include Information Security Management Systems
Ensure that all company information which includes customer information are kept confidential and secured
