Overall purpose of the job:
To ensure effective planning of works for operatives acting on information received from Ontrack or other computerised in-house systems.
Demonstrate flexibility and versatility to support the completion of other roles within the contract when required
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure operatives receive daily work in good time in order for them to be able to carry out their work effectively.Plan each day’s work to be achievable within legal constraints and in accordance with the Working Time Directive, ensuring both compliance and operatives’ well-being.To ensure planned work is structured to minimize the allocation of fines and penalties for non-completed or overrun works.To be able to prioritise planned works to accommodate emergency situations/maintenance.Liaise with gangs and their managers throughout the day via tele...
