Duties and responsibilities

• Competent in operation of different types of transport vehicles, electronic/digital communication systems and equipment
• Competent in operation of rifle equipment
• Ability to follow set standards of performance as expected by the organization and the local legislation
• Able to use Microsoft Office applications at a basic level
• Ability to accurately read a map, follow directions, or programme and follow directions from a GPS system
• Conversant with specialist terminology including, Wildlife, Security and Conservation

Experience and Qualification

• Three years within the organization
• Four years’ experience in a similar big 5 role
• Field Guide (Level 2)
• Full Trails Guide
• Other guide related qualifications
• Firearm competency
• ARH
• Valid First Aid Certificate
