MSL Climate is the environmental markets division of McGill St‑Laurent. We operate across regulated and voluntary carbon markets, helping clients navigate complex environmental products while developing internal trading and market strategies. We are building a team at the intersection of market analysis, quantitative research, and commercial execution, with the clear objective of developing future Carbon Traders from within our organization.
The analyst role reports directly to the Senior Compliance Carbon Trader, gaining direct exposure to market analysis, strategy development, and commercial execution. The position requires in‑office presence and is based in Montreal.
