Maintain and improve productivity by ensuring the GTS DMT functions are processed, scanned, dispatched efficiently and in line with exceeding SLAs and maintaining good communication with all the stakeholders e.g. GSC, Courier, RM, BDMs, CSM and all other internal customers. Support daily DMT operations including maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Ensure all bank's belonging e.g. Stamps, letterheads, customers documents are placed in secure chubs all the time. Ensure all operations under his/her responsibility are in accordance with Trade policies and procedures FIM, UCP600, Audit, Internal FIM guidelines, Compliance and Money Laundering and all other related guidelines.
