Our focus is on striving for excellence in every interaction and building strong relationships with every customer who walks through our doors. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys building genuine connections, and wants to be part of a team committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This is a part‑time role working Saturdays only, 9:00am – 12:00pm (3 hours per week), with the opportunity to work additional hours when team members are on leave or extra support is required.

Reporting to the Trade Centre Manager, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and being part of a busy trade‑focused environment.
