Key Responsibilities (KPI)
1. Trade Strategy & Planning
- Create and execute annual trade marketing plans for General Trade (GT).
- Work with sales teams to set channel strategies, targets, and activity plans.
- Use market and competitor insights to guide decisions.
2. GT Channel Activation
- Plan and run trade promotions, activations, and in-store visibility.
- Ensure smooth execution of new product launches in GT channels.
- Manage branding materials like POS and promotional assets.
3. Sales & Distributor Support
- Support sales teams and distributors with schemes, tools, and materials.
- Ensure distributors correctly implement trade plans.
- Track performance of schemes and improve where needed.
