Responsibilities - Prepare, review, and verify Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, insurance certificates, and other shipping documents.
- Ensure all documents comply with UCP 600 guidelines and the terms and conditions of each LC and trade recap.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve document discrepancies prior to submission to minimize delays or rejection by banks.
- Liaise with banks on the submission, negotiation, and processing of Export Letters of Credit.
- Monitor and track LC discrepancies, amendments, acceptance status, and payment progress.
