Role And Responsibilities:
Functions as the customer facing contact for all trade related requests. Reviews, analyzes and returns customer solicitations for Certificates of Origin (CoO's) for Client Finished Goods and other trade related requirements. Serve as the main point of contact for the customer regarding their Customs documents Ensures timely response to customer solicitation for CoO's for Client Finished Goods. Analyzes Finished Good part numbers solicitated for CoO from Customers Interacts with Client Global Trade Operations & Compliance teams (GTO/GTC) Maintain and update master tracking documents to reflect request status and certificate receipt. Follow up with Trade Programs Staff on outstanding or incomplete documentation Process customer cross reference requests by mapping customer part numbers to Client DUNS and/or Client part numbers using GSD and SAP.
