Job Title: Track & Field Instructor

SUMMARY: With passion and dedication to excellence the ComEd Recreational Center Track & Field Instructor will instruct, lead, and coach patrons, providing in struction methods that both inspire and guide each and every student regardless of age, experience, or knowledge of a wide variety of different recreational activities.  



ESSENTIAL DUTIES

+ Instructs scheduled track and field classes, beginning and ending on time; provides adequate and effective fitness skills and lessons.
+ Instructs patrons on appropriate workout and training methods; explains proper techniques, demonstrates exercises and identifies different muscle groups.
+ Prepares appropriate equipment and learning aids for each class.
