    Location and Schedule:   

   Reporting office options: Phoenix, AZ; Canonsburg, PA; Houston, TX; or Downers Grove, IL.  

   Hybrid schedule: Tuesday to Thursday in office, Monday and Friday optional WFH.  

   Travel under 5% and local only, with mileage covered for jurisdiction visits.  

    Important Note:   

   Direct, hands-on permitting experience is required.  

   This is not a vendor management or project management model.  

    Job Summary:   

   Prepare and submit entitlement applications, permits, and agreements for installing communications facilities.  

   Work with poles, towers, fiber, and related infrastructure.  

   Interface with local governments and jurisdictions to navigate municipal processes, codes, and ordinances.
