Key responsibilities - Conduct guided tours of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Lead and manage walking tour groups of 5 to 30 visitors.
- Facilitate interactive elements such as games and multimedia stations and assist the visitors with difficulties.
- Monitor crowd movement, maintain order, and ensure visitor safety.
- Encourage completion of the customer feedback survey at the end of the tour.
Requirements - Minimum 5 GCE 'O' Level passes (Grades A1 to C6).
- Possess a valid Singapore Tourism Board (STB) License
- Relevant experience in homeland security-related industries and/or conducting guided tours at museums, heritage attractions, or places of interest in Singapore.
