We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Total Rewards Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will support payroll administration, employee benefits, rewards programs, and HR reporting to ensure an accurate, compliant, and positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support monthly payroll processing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Review employee financial transactions, including allowances, overtime, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate with external providers and insurance vendors.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and rewards programs.
- Prepare payroll, benefits, and workforce cost reports, and analyze compensation-related data.
