The Total Rewards Manager will support the design, analysis, implementation, and administration of compensation, benefits, and rewards initiatives for a fast growing fintech organization operating across multiple global markets. This role combines analytics, market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution to ensure the rewards framework remains competitive, compliant, and aligned with business growth to help shape competitive, equitable, and scalable rewards programs that attract and retain top talent worldwide.
You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and senior business leaders to provide insights and recommendations on compensation structures, salary benchmarking, incentive plans, and employee benefits programs.
