As the Manager of Total Rewards, you'll support the HR Director by executing and evolving compensation and benefits initiatives globally. Your expertise in compensation structures, bonus programs, and vendor management will be crucial. This role involves strategic partnership with leaders to ensure alignment and compliance in Total Rewards practices.
