About the Role
A leading listed financial services group is looking for a Total Rewards Lead to join its HR department. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role covering the full Performance, Compensation & Benefits remit across a multi‑country organisation. You will work closely with senior leadership and the Remuneration Committee, and play a key role in shaping rewards strategy and policy.
Key Responsibilities
Annual Compensation & Performance Review
- Lead data consolidation, extraction and analysis to support annual compensation and performance review cycles across the group
- Prepare reports for Senior Management and Remuneration Committee (RemCo)
- Manage cycle timelines and stakeholder communications
- Provide C&B guidance to Rewards teams across the group's regional offices
