OverviewThis role is responsible for managing Total Rewards operations across AMESA countries, delivering professional compensation processes including focal point cycles (bonus, merit, LTI, DLTI, promotions), job evaluations, pay recommendations (internal & external), salary planning, benchmarking, and market pricing exercises.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate and deliver focal point and mid-year compensation cycles, including system setup, configuration testing, communications, training, and execution across AMESA.Partner in developing merit and IC ranges and budgets.Administer Long-Term Incentives (LTI) and pay equity activities.Apply Total Rewards concepts such as differentiated merit, adjustments to minimum, and lump sum payments.Manage compensation data effectively; strong proficiency in Excel required.Support offer processes, internal/external pay recommendations, salary planning, and bench...
