Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end compensation and benefits programs for Singapore and Malaysia (except payroll processing). Ensure compensation practices comply with internal pay equity standards and local legislation. Analyze market trends in benefits, particularly medical and insurance, to develop competitive proposals for annual insurance renewals and forward-looking benefits strategies. Serve as the Benefits & Leave Administrator, recommending policy revisions to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Conduct salary benchmarking exercises and market analysis, both proactively and reactively. Participate in salary and labour market surveys and generate ad-hoc reports on employment trends (e.g., salary expectation forecasts for the upcoming year).
