The Client Service Associate provides product support to clients and prospects. Through hands‑on training and exposure to MSCI’s Private Assets solutions, this individual will gain valuable product and investment knowledge, while building client relationship skills. This role focuses on the Total Plan Manager product (formerly known as the Caissa Platform), which is the MSCI Private Assets investment analytics platform for institutions, with multi‑asset class portfolios spanning private equity, hedge funds, public equity, and more. Clients leverage Total Plan Manager to calculate performance, quantify risk, monitor exposures, model future cashflows, and plan their asset allocation in addition to other critical portfolio management activities.
